Some Legend of Korra concept art and screenshots.

I really can't wait for this series to start airing.

I've been watching Nicktoons' "extras" editions of Avatar: The Last Airbender's Earth Book and Fire Book, with the final episodes of the Fire Book just airing. It reminded me of how great the series is but also how convenient I found certain events in the "Sozin's Comet" episodes. ( spoilers )

Talking with lady_ganesh, I've realized that the new TV I've enjoyed the most in the past six months has all been animated: The Venture Bros., Naruto Shippuden, and Avatar: The Last Airbender. I'd love to have someone to talk Avatar with aside from aside from occasionally syvia because I really enjoyed it--though I still haven't seen the start and middle of Water ( Read more... )

I've been enjoying Avatar: The Last Airbender, though seeing it on Nicktoons means that my viewing is very patchy: small bits of early seasons and a long run of the final season all the way to the end. I like everyone in it... except Aang! And that's even before seeing earlier episodes where he's something of a self-centered idiot a lot of the time ( Read more... )
